No. 3369 of 2010\n                   .................................................\n                       Dated: 17th August, 2010\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, who is the               accused in Crime No. 1047 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 of Thoppumpady Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 3,4,5 &amp; 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention)<\/p>\n<p>Act, 1956,        seeks to quash all further proceedings in the<\/p>\n<p>above crime.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   It is too early for this Court, in a petition under<\/p>\n<p>Section 482 Cr.P.C, to consider whether the case against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is prima facie false and that FIR is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>quashed and investigation is liable to be stayed.                    In case the<\/p>\n<p>Police, after investigation, files a final report charge- sheeting<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and in case grounds exist to assail the charge<\/p>\n<p>sheet , the petitioner may work out his remedies by moving<\/p>\n<p>the appropriate court.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This Crl.M.C is disposed of directing the Police not to<\/p>\n<p>unnecessarily harass the petitioner during investigation.<\/p>\n<p>     Dated this the 17th day of August, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                                       V.
