Applicant has also inspected the file. The<br \/>\ninformation has been supplied nothing survive in Appeal. The case is therefore closed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr.Mangat Ram Sharma<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. D.P.Ture representing Mr. P.K.Panda, then PIO<br \/>\nThe respondent has shown proof that all information has been provided. The appellant has a<br \/>\ngrievance about what he believes is a wrong mutation and wants it corrected. This does not<br \/>\nfall in the domain of the Right to Information.
