KURIAKOSE, J.\n\n                                -------------------------------\n\n                             W.P.(C) No. 2180 OF 2007\n\n                              -----------------------------------\n\n                        Dated this the 3rd day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Mr.M.V.Bose,   appearing   for   the   4th  respondent   complains   that<\/p>\n<p>even though this Court has clarified on 28.3.07 that the petitioner will not<\/p>\n<p>have   the   right   to   continue   the   business   unless   he   is   having   a   current<\/p>\n<p>valid licence,  the petitioner is even now continuing the sale of liquor.  In<\/p>\n<p>view of the obvious position that the period of licence which had been<\/p>\n<p>granted   to   the   petitioner   has   expired,   I   am   of   the   view   that   the   Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition has become  infructuous.  The Writ Petition will stand dismissed<\/p>\n<p>on   that   basis.     The   1st  respondent   is   directed   to   do   everything   that   is<\/p>\n<p>necessary for stopping the activities of the 4th respondent unless the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent is having any licence.   This  judgment will  not stand in  the<\/p>\n<p>way of the Panchayat passing appropriate orders on the licence renewal<\/p>\n<p>application which may be filed by the 4th respondent.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n                                                PIUS C.
