The case was scheduled for hearing on 11\/11\/2009. But, the appellant did\nnot avail of the opportunity of hearing. The appeal is, therefore, examined on\nmerit.\n\n\n2.       On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, including the\ncomments received from the respondent in respect of the appeal before the<\/pre>\n<p>Commission, it is noted that the CPIO and the Appellate Authority have duly<br \/>\nreplied and furnished the information. The appellant has neither responded to<br \/>\nthe notice for hearing nor he has indicated as to which information has been<br \/>\nrefused to him. This appeal is, therefore, considered unnecessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       The appellant is, however, advised to seek inspection of the files and<br \/>\nrecords so as to clearly specify the information, which should be furnished to him.<br \/>\nThe CPIO should allow inspection of the records within 15 working days from the<br \/>\ndate of issue of this decision.
