Mahesh Khunt, District\n                      Khagaria.\n                                                                     -------Petitioner\n                                              Versus\n                      The State Of Bihar\n                                                               -----Opposite Party\n                                         ------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   21\/11\/2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The   petitioner   apprehending    his    arrest   in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable<\/p>\n<p>                      under Sections 147, 148, 447, 384 and 504 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                      Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this five years old<\/p>\n<p>                      case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that under almost similarly situated<\/p>\n<p>                      circumstance, co-accused have already been granted the<\/p>\n<p>                      privilege by a Bench of this Court vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>                      26.03.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7774 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                      below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                      thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 95 of 2006, G.R.
