Vallabh Glass Works Ltd and therefore, now, the bank does not<br \/>\nclaim any charge over the property.  Therefore, the Court can pass<br \/>\nappropriate further orders as if there is no charge of the bank over<br \/>\nthe property of erstwhile M\/s. Vallabh Glass Works Ltd. The accounts<br \/>\nare also found clear to the satisfaction of the bank.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nrespondent no.4 bank now shall take appropriate steps to see that<br \/>\nnecessary endorsement in the revenue record is made to the effect<br \/>\nthat there is no charge over the property of erstwhile Vallabh Glass<br \/>\nWorks Ltd. The respondent no.4 bank  shall complete this formality at<br \/>\nthe earliest, particularly, within 30 days from the date of receipt<br \/>\nof this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRequest<br \/>\nfor time made by Mr. Hemant Makwana, learned AGP is accepted.
