No.5672 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                This   application   has    been   filed    by   the<\/p>\n<p>                       respondent no.3 for a direction to the appellant no.1 to<\/p>\n<p>                       hand over charge of the suit property for which<\/p>\n<p>                       Receiver was appointed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The    learned    counsel    for   the     appellant<\/p>\n<p>                       submitted that he has already handed over the charge<\/p>\n<p>                       and the learned counsel for the respondent no.3<\/p>\n<p>                       admitted this fact.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In view of the above facts, I.A.
