                      Pleader No. 4, appearing on behalf of all the Respondents\/State of<\/p>\n
                      Bihar, submits that main grievance in the writ petition was to pay<\/p>\n
                      the amount of GPF. It was submitted that GPF amount has already<\/p>\n
                      been paid which is evident from the statement made in the counter<\/p>\n
                      affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 7\/District Provident<\/p>\n
                      Fund Officer, Saharsa on 5th March, 2009. No rejoinder to the<\/p>\n
                      counter affidavit has been filed.\n<\/p>\n
                                  The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-<\/p>\n
                      prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
