02\/    11.02.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n
                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                               Petitioners seek their bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.<\/p>\n
                    Case no. 290\/2010 registered under sections 399, 402 of the IPC and<\/p>\n
                    25(I-b)a,26, 35 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n
                               Allegedly, one country made loaded pistol was recovered<\/p>\n
                    from each of the petitioners when they were apprehended by the<\/p>\n
                    police along with other accused persons.\n<\/p>\n
                               Petitioners are in jail custody since 26.7.2010.<\/p>\n
                               Considering the aforesaid circumstances as well as<\/p>\n
                    detention of the petitioners in judicial custody, petitioners Birendra<\/p>\n
                    Yadav and Sintu Kumar are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n
                    furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n
                    Patnacity(Patna) in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case no. 290 of 2010.<\/p>\n
