Learned       Government       Pleader,   on<\/p>\n<p>instructions, submits that on a complaint, an<\/p>\n<p>enquiry was conducted and police found that it is<\/p>\n<p>only a civil dispute.<\/p>\n<p>        Recording the submission that the police<\/p>\n<p>will not harass the petitioner and they will act<\/p>\n<p>only as ordered by the civil court, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                                            Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      (J.B.
