\nSpeciaiist –_ .. ‘Snrgeon working at Victoria
\nHospital,   stated that on 23.93.2006. he<\/p>\n
exatnined. the  and assessed the disability sustained<\/p>\n
  uevtuto  fracttme of Zygomatxix Arch. In his ogimlon,<\/p>\n
 ‘t1:_Le5r[\u00a2_3 [was {deformity in the tight face anci tenderness<\/p>\n
 thickening of zygomatic axes. The doctor further<\/p>\n
“‘states..ti1e:Lt the claimant had di\ufb02iculty to open the mouth full<\/p>\n
t   and faced difficulty in chewing and also in articulating. He has<\/p>\n
    assessed disabiiity in respect of different impairments as<\/p>\n
spoken to by him. He has made a total assessment of<\/p>\n
disability at 10%\u00bb compared to the whole body.<\/p>\n
