Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :04\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.11990 OF 2006\n               ---------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 4th day of July, 2008.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:<\/p>\n<p>      i)   Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the<\/p>\n<p>           second respondent to evict the encroachers and report<\/p>\n<p>           the same to the first respondent as ordered in Ext. P8.<\/p>\n<p>In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the 4th respondent, it is<\/p>\n<p>stated that the 4th respondent has not encroached upon the<\/p>\n<p>property.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
