JUSTICE K. KANNAN\n<\/p>\n<p>1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the<br \/>\n   judgment ? No\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     To be referred to the Reporters or not ? No\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? No\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       -.-\n<\/p>\n<p>K. KANNAN J.(ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>1.         The petitioners want the postponement of the examination,<\/p>\n<p>which is scheduled under the HCS (Judicial Branch) Preliminary<\/p>\n<p>Examination, 2011 fixed for 04.09.2011. The contention is that on the<\/p>\n<p>same day the examination is also set for the Himachal Pradesh<\/p>\n<p>Administrative Service Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination<\/p>\n<p>of 2010. The petitioners would state there are several candidates, who<\/p>\n<p>would be applying for the same and there would be no other option for<\/p>\n<p>them but to choose to appear in only one of them. The petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are two persons cannot seek for postponement merely because they<\/p>\n<p>have applied for two competitive examinations which are going to be<\/p>\n<p>held on the same day. There are bound to such clashes where several<\/p>\n<p>examinations are held for various departments and it is impossible for<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> C.W.P. No.15276 of 2011                                  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>any one to run through a check and find that no other examination is set<\/p>\n<p>for the same day. It shall be left to the petitioners to choose between<\/p>\n<p>either one of them. There is no enforceable right for the petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>seek for postponement.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       The writ petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               (K.
