MAHESH BHAGWATI,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Hridayesh Singh, for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Amit Punia, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThis order governs the disposal of  second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Hridayesh Singh Advocate on behalf of the applicant Ghanshyam pertaining to F.I.R. No. 201\/2005 of Police Station Cristian Gang, Ajmer in the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated those very arguments which were advanced at the time of arguing the first bail petition and the same were taken into consideration by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tHaving reflected over the submissions made at the bar and scanned the relevant material available on record including the bail order dated 21.07.2009 rendered by this Court, I do not find any good ground to change my earlier view hence, the second bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner also stands dismissed for those very reasons which were enumerated in the first bail order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t(MAHESH BHAGWATI),J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mak\/-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">33<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court Ghanshyam vs State Of Rajasthan on 9 October, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JAIPUR BENCH, JAIPUR ORDER S.B.
