SHANMUGAM <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=VELLORE\">VELLORE<\/a>):  The Chennai-Bangalore National Highway No.46 passes through my Constituency, i.e. Vellore Parliamentary Constituency in Tamil Nadu.  On this National Highway, six over-bridges have to be constructed to facilitate smooth flow of traffic.  The railway line which goes from Chennai to Bangalore and Coimbatore passes through this National Highway in six inter-sections, including Pachakuppam, Vaniyambadi, etc.  Thousands of buses, cars and other heavy motor vehicles plying everyday from Chennai to Coimbatore and Bangalore cross these inter-sections of railway crossings and owing to non-availability of over-bridges, smooth flow of traffic is badly affected in this Highway.  Construction of these six over-bridges has been a long felt need of the people from my Constituency.  Government of India has already planned and sanctioned the required amount for this purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p>I, therefore, request the Government of India to expedite the process so that the commuters of the National Highway No. 46 are benefited to a greater extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>\u2026 (Interruptions)\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER\">MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER<\/a>: I tell you, the way in which you have been treated is condemnable. At the same time, in the morning, the removal of shirt and the exhibition in the Well of the House is equally reprehensible. Never in the history of the House we had such an exhibition.\n<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, you have to raise matters according to rules and from your seats. Whatever Privilege Motion notice has been given by you on this issue is under the consideration of the hon. Speaker. I ask you to go back to your seats, please.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 (Interruptions)\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20DEPUTY-SPEAKER\">MR.
