Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :25\/08\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n             KURIAN JOSEPH &amp; C.T.RAVIKUMAR, JJ.\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.22138 of 2009\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                     Dated 25th August, 2009.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The writ petition is filed mainly with the following<\/p>\n<p>prayer :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                        &#8220;Issue   a   writ  of  mandamus      or any  other<br \/>\n            appropriate  writ,   direction or   order  directing the third<br \/>\n            respondent, not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere<br \/>\n            with the smooth functioning of S.K.V.High School, Kuttamperoor<br \/>\n            in any manner.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that the<\/p>\n<p>police does not want to, and they will not interfere with any<\/p>\n<p>student exchange\/student interaction programmes involving<\/p>\n<p>foreign students and teachers. But those foreign nationals should<\/p>\n<p>abide by the instruction given by the police regarding residence.<\/p>\n<p>It is also submitted that there is no interference by the police and<\/p>\n<p>for that matter, there is no harassment at all for the programmes<\/p>\n<p>undertaken by the school and the only restriction is regarding<\/p>\n<p>their stay. Still further it is submitted that in case the instructions<\/p>\n<p>are duly followed and in case those foreign students and teachers<\/p>\n<p>have valid travel documents, the police will not interfere at all in<\/p>\n<p>the programmes conducted by the school.
