Respondents\n\nPrayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action against the second respondent, his agents, servants or men based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2006 and the proceedings in LrNo.TNPCB\/Law\/LA-I\/31519\/2005, dated 27.01.2006 of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and prevent annoyance, disturbance, discomfort and injury caused by the second respondent unit to the petitioner.\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t\t: Mr.S.Rajasekar\n\t\tFor Respondents   \t: Mr.D.Geetha AGP (For R1)\n\t\t\t\t\t  M\/s.Gladys Daniel (For R2\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent.<br \/>\nM.JAICHANDREN,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>cse\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the second respondent had shifted his place of business to Ekkatuthangal, in the year 2009.  A written communication, dated 14.03.2011, issued by the first respondent had been placed before this Court, stating that the second respondent has already shifted his place of business and there is no nuisance being caused by him at present, as alleged by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. In such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed.
