Mr.R.Janakiramulu\n\t\t     Special Government Pleader\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Janakiramulu, the<br \/>\nlearned Special Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. The grievance of the petitioner as aired by the learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner placing reliance on the averments in the affidavit accompanying the<br \/>\nwrit petition is to the effect that despite the petitioner having given his<br \/>\nrepresentation dated 09.07.2008 to the first respondent, no action has been<br \/>\ntaken.  Hence, this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Hence, in these circumstances, the following direction is issued:<br \/>\n\tThe first respondent shall do well to see that he is considering the<br \/>\nrepresentation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2008 on merits after giving due<br \/>\nopportunity of being heard to the petitioner within a period of one month from<br \/>\nthe date of receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
