Wadhwa, J. (President)<\/p>\n<p>1. It is the complainant who is the petitioner before us. He had booked ready-made hosiery goods consignment to a place in Muzaffarpur. However, the consignment reached the station in a broken condition. A complaint was lodged with the Railways. A complaint was also lodged before the District Forum. On appeal, the complaint was dismissed. In our view, the State Commission has rightly taken the view that the claim is covered under the Railway Claims Tribunal Act. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the State Commission under Clause (b) of Section 21 of the C.P. Act.
