APP (DB) No.557 of 2011\n                                    ARUN PASWAN\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   21.6.2011.                 As both these appeals arise out of one judgment,<\/p>\n<p>                      they are tagged together.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Both these appeals are admitted for hearing.<\/p>\n<p>                                Call for the Lower Court Records.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                On the point of bail, it has been submitted by the<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the appellants in both the appeals that the<\/p>\n<p>                      allegation of assault by giving Tangi blow is against Bijoy<\/p>\n<p>                      Paswan.    The doctor, who has conducted post- mortem<\/p>\n<p>                      examination, has opined that all the injuries were caused by<\/p>\n<p>                      sharp cutting weapon, which are attributed to Bijoy Paswan.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and the circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, during the pendency of these appeals, the appellant,<\/p>\n<p>                      Chander Paswan {in Criminal Appeal No.552 of 2011(D.B.)}<\/p>\n<p>                      and the appellant, Arun Paswan {in Criminal Appeal No.557<\/p>\n<p>                      of 2011(D.B.)} are directed to be released on bail on their<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>       satisfaction of Sri Chandra Shekhar Jha, Second Additional<\/p>\n<p>       Sessions Judge, Banka, in connection with Sessions Case<\/p>\n<p>       No.181 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 The realization of fine imposed against these<\/p>\n<p>       appellants shall also remain stayed during the pendency of<\/p>\n<p>       these appeals.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J)<\/p>\n<p>                                   (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J)<\/p>\n<p>P.S.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Arun Paswan vs The State Of Bihar on 21 June, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
