Wadhwa, J. (President)  <\/p>\n<p> 1. There is a delay of 90 days in filing this revision petition. Only explanation offered is that the office of the petitioner\/complainant was shifted. In fact it is only para 3 of the application seeking condonation of delay which reads as under :\n<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;The present revision petition could not be filed within time because of the petitioner herein took time to collect all the relevant documents, which became untraceable when he shifted his office to some other premises.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p> 2. There is hardly any ground to condone the delay. In any way the petition has been filed for enhancement of the compensation. District Forum has awarded Rs. 2,000\/- as compensation and Rs. 500\/- as costs which in appeal were affirmed. Still aggrieved complainant has come before us for enhancement of the compensation. We do not find any merit in this revision petition.
