Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                    since 11.5.2011 on the allegation that one country made loaded<\/p>\n<p>                    pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious<\/p>\n<p>                    possession and furthermore, as per submission of learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                    for the petitioner, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent,<\/p>\n<p>                    let the petitioner, Vikash Kumar Singh be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Kaimur at Bhabua in Durgawati P.S.
