Pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings, he was<\/p>\n<p>placed under suspension by Ext.P6. Aggrieved by Ext.P6 he has<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P7 appeal to the 3rd respondent. It is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>appeal is pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In this writ petition although the petitioner is challenging<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 itself, having regard to the pendency of the appeal I do not<\/p>\n<p>think that it is necessary for this court to consider the contentions<\/p>\n<p>on the merit.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the circumstances I dispose of this writ petition directing<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P7 appeal               and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon, if the same has been received and is still pending.
