SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                -----------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.714 OF 2011\n              ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 10th day of January, 2011\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners in this writ petition entered Government<\/p>\n<p>service after putting in prior military service. For the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>granting of higher grade they want the military service also to be<\/p>\n<p>taken into account. According to them, they are so entitled to, in<\/p>\n<p>view of Exts.P4 and P5 judgments of this Court as also orders<\/p>\n<p>passed    pursuant   to   those    judgments.      In  the   above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the petitioners have filed Exts.P8 series of<\/p>\n<p>representations before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners seek a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P8 series of representations in the light of Exts.P4 and P5<\/p>\n<p>judgments and orders passed pursuant to those judgments<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>    In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.714\/11               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Exts.P8 series of representations as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>While passing orders, the second respondent shall consider the<\/p>\n<p>applicability of Exts.P4 and P5 judgments as also orders<\/p>\n<p>passed pursuant to those judgments to the facts of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners&#8217; case.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  S.
