RATHORE\n\nMr. Harendra Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.\nMr. Amit Punia, Public Prosecutor for the State.\n      \t\t    ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThe present criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 19.11.2009 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Division) &amp; Judicial Magistrate First Class No.1, Ajmer in Criminal Case No. 568\/1986, by which the trial Court dismissed the application of the petitioner moved under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C.  for converting the arrest warrant into bailable warrant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court and participate in the criminal proceedings in Criminal Case No. 568\/1986, but the arrest warrant issued against him may be converted into bailable warrant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHaving heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and upon perusal of the material on record, in the interest of justice, I deem it proper to direct petitioner Virendra Singh S\/o Vijay Singh to appear before the trial Court on or before 08.01.2010. In case the petitioner surrenders himself before the trial Court on or before 08.01.2010, the trial Court is directed to convert the arrest warrant into bailable warrant on his furnishing bail bonds to its satisfaction.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWith these observations, this misc. petition stands allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe stay application also stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t(K.S.
