Admittedly the claimant. was \n\nHospitals namely at Victoria Hospital andlV'Yel1ai'i1r_r1a \n\nDasappa Hospital. He was inpatierit, f1:?.02rIli: \n\n20.03.2006 in Victoria Hospitayand  \n22.03.2006 at Yellamrn-at.  Fiospi.ta.l'andl\u00a7again\nfrom 22.03.2006 to   Hospital as\nseen from the  case sheets,\nout-patient  which has\nbeen marked and P11 respectively. The\n\nTribunal wmie  the eiaim of the appellant\n\n,_has a\u00ab\u00a7\u00a7Ia1'ded c\u00e9ompensation under the heading loss of\n\nirieiome d_L1:rin.g\"'tre21t.ment period accepting the fact that\n\nctlaimaiit. tirnmobile for a period of six months.\n\n\ufb02ifiowexrei-,V\"A.whi1e awarding\" compensation under this\n\n I  Tribunal has assessed that there is no loss of\n\n during this period t.h0ugh claimant has\n\nW\n\n \n\n\n\nthe injuries sustained there is wasting and weakness of\n\nright lower limb and hence there is Considerable loss of\n\namenities in life for the claimant.
