NO. 28001 OF 2008 H\n                  --------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 19th September, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a defaulter under the KGST Act. Recovery<\/p>\n<p>steps have been taken against the petitioner as per Exts.P5 and<\/p>\n<p>P6.    Petitioner had filed Exts.P3 and P4 seeking instalment<\/p>\n<p>facility. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader. Learned counsel for petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner has applied under the Amnesty<\/p>\n<p>Scheme. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing that recovery proceedings pursuant to Exts.P5 and P6<\/p>\n<p>will be kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks from today.<\/p>\n<p>                                                   Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                          K.
