It is now reported<\/p>\n<p>to us that L.A.A. No.976\/2001 filed by the Government against<\/p>\n<p>Ext.A3 has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this court along<\/p>\n<p>with a number of other appeals. Copy of the common judgment<\/p>\n<p>in L.A.A. No. 976\/2001 and connected cases is also made<\/p>\n<p>available.
