He has recently been<br \/>\nreleased on four occasions, viz. for 30 days in March 2011 for<br \/>\nengagement of his daughter, for 7 days in June 2011 for marriage of<br \/>\nhis daughter, for 30 days in June 2011 for agricultural work and for<br \/>\n14 days on furlough leave in 2011 itself. It was submitted by learned<br \/>\nAPP that the echo cardiograph of the petitioner is reported to be<br \/>\nnormal and in case of necessity, he is being provided with necessary<br \/>\nmedical assistance.
