Learned single<\/p>\n<p>Judge found that no action was taken against the petitioner, since he<\/p>\n<p>had   retired   from   service.     Writ   Petition   was   preferred   by   the   first<\/p>\n<p>respondent   herein   seeking   a   writ   of   mandamus   commanding<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry proceedings against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner before he reaches the age of superannuation on the 31st  of<\/p>\n<p>May,   2006   and   also   for   other   consequential   reliefs.     He   has   already<\/p>\n<p>retired from service on 31st  May, 2006.
