By the said judgment, this Court has disposed of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition directing the Government to take a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P27 representation in the light of the decision of this<\/p>\n<p>Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1296983\/\">State of Kerala vs. Suja Kumari<\/a> (2006(1)KLT 846).<\/p>\n<p>     2.     The issue pertains to exemption from B.Ed.           In<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P27 representation, what is actually claimed is extension<\/p>\n<p>of time for passing the B.Ed course. It is submitted that even if<\/p>\n<p>that relief is granted, petitioners may not be getting the benefit<\/p>\n<p>of regularization with effect from the date of appointment. Hence<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is to be heard on merits, it is submitted.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>also the learned Government Pleader, it is fairly clear that the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">R.P.No.1159\/08                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>larger questions involved in the writ petition will have to be<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Court on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Therefore, this review petition is allowed and the judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated 19.09.2008 in W.P.(C) No.28557\/2006 is recalled.<\/p>\n<p>                                        KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE.\n<\/p>\n<p>smp<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">R.P.No.1159\/08    3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                      KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   R.P.
