It is<br \/>\nfurther submitted that the applicants remained present as and when<br \/>\ntheir presence will be necessary before the concerned Court and,<br \/>\ntherefore, it is prayed that the conditions as above to be deleted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned advocates for the parties, considering overall facts<br \/>\nand what is stated in this application for modification, I am<br \/>\ninclined to grant the prayer by deleting conditions No.(d) and (e) of<br \/>\nthe order dated 25.2.2010 in Criminal Misc. Application No.768 of<br \/>\n2010 with a direction that as and when presence of the applicants are<br \/>\nnecessary during trial before the Sessions Court they shall remain<br \/>\npresent unless exempted by the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above, this application is allowed.
