Justice P.S.GOPINATHAN\n\n Dated :19\/01\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n            P.R.RAMAN &amp; P.S.GOPINATHAN, JJ.\n\n                  -------------------------------\n\n                   W.P.(C) No.34770 of 2009\n\n                  -------------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 19th day of January, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>             Since the dispute regarding the custody of the child<\/p>\n<p>is pending consideration before the Family Court, Nedumangad,<\/p>\n<p>in O.P.(G &amp; W) No.793 of 2009, the police will not interfere in the<\/p>\n<p>matter, except by an order a Court. However, the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>produce the child before the Family Court on the next posting<\/p>\n<p>date.
