          The petitioners, who are the licensees under the 1984<\/p>\n
                Unification Order as well as under the Public Distribution System<\/p>\n
                (Control) Order, 2001 pray for quashing the memo issued by the<\/p>\n
                concerned authorities, contained in Annexure-1, directing refund of<\/p>\n
                value of undistributed rice under 50% and 30% of Sampurna Gramin<\/p>\n
                Rojgar Yojana (hereinafter referred to as ‘the SGRY Scheme’) in<\/p>\n
                between the years 2002 to 2006 at APL rate of Rs.13.10 per Kgs.<\/p>\n
                       Earlier similar matters have came up before this court in<\/p>\n
                C.W.J.C. No.711 of 2011 (Awash Prasad Singh vs The State of Bihar<\/p>\n
                & Ors) & C.W.J.C. No.757 of<\/a> 2011 (Suresh Prasad @ Raj Kumar vs<\/p>\n
                The State of Bihar & Ors). The aforesaid writ applications have been<\/p>\n
                disposed of by order dated 6.7.2011 after noticing the submissions of<\/p>\n
                learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n
                           In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the order<\/p>\n
                dated 6.7.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.711 of 2011 & C.W.J.C.<\/p>\n
                No.757 of 2011 would also govern in all these writ applications. All<\/p>\n
                these writ applications are disposed of in terms of the order dated<\/p>\n
                6.7.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No.711 of 2011 and            C.W.J.C. No.757<\/p>\n
