RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                        ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                                   B.A. No. 741 OF 2007\n\n                        ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                    Dated this the 13th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                In  this  Petition  filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C.  the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No.74\/2007 of Pattambi Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>an offence punishable under Section 302 I.P.C., seeks his  enlargement<\/p>\n<p>on bail.   Petitioner was arrested on 31.1.2007.<\/p>\n<p>        2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.      Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration of<\/p>\n<p>judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case<\/p>\n<p>etc.,     I   am   inclined   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioner   from   a   future   date.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the petitioner is  directed to be released on bail with effect<\/p>\n<p>from 28.2.2007 on his   executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees ten<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,   Pattambi   and   subject   to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                  1.        The   petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11<\/p>\n<p>                  a.m. on  all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>BA.741\/07<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               2.      The petitioner shall not enter the limits of<\/p>\n<p>               the Pattambi Police Station until further orders<\/p>\n<p>               except   for   the   purpose   of   complying   with<\/p>\n<p>               Condition No.1.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                3.     The     petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>                he   attempt to       tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>                the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 4.     The   petitioner   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                 offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       If  the   petitioner  commits   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to him  shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>       This application is allowed as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     (V.
