Modi for the Official Liquidator.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis submitted that earlier efforts were made by the Official<br \/>\n\tLiquidator and the Sale committee had invited bids for sale of goods<br \/>\n\tin question, but on 07.10.2010, when the date was fixed for inter-se<br \/>\n\tbidding, no bidder remained present. Subsequently, a fresh<br \/>\n\tadvertisement was issued and it was published in two daily<br \/>\n\tnewspapers namely Kutch Mitra, Gujarati Daily and DNA, English<br \/>\n\tDaily, both Bhuj editions on 01.02.2011, but thereafter also no<br \/>\n\tbidder has come and looking to the nature of goods and the upset<br \/>\n\tprice fixed earlier, at present no bidder has shown willingness as<br \/>\n\tper the terms and conditions fixed.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above, considering the nature of goods as described at<br \/>\n\tAnnexure &#8211; Page 15 to this Official Liquidator Report and since<br \/>\n\tearlier efforts have not yielded fruitful results so far, this Court<br \/>\n\tpermits the Official Liquidator to re-advertise for the goods in<br \/>\n\tquestion with proper description without fixing any upset price and<br \/>\n\tinvite bids and thereafter, to submit a report to this Court about<br \/>\n\tthe bidders and the offers received, if any.   Further, the expenses<br \/>\n\tincurred for the earlier advertisement is approved and granted in<br \/>\n\tterms of Prayer 9.B.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthe aforesaid observation and direction, this Official Liquidator<br \/>\n\tReport stands disposed of with no order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Anant<br \/>\nS.
