Siri Jagan, J.\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       W.P(C) No. 15409 of 2010\n              =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n               Dated this, the 20th day of May, 2010.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      When it was pointed out to the counsel for the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>there is no provision in the Transfer of Registry Rules for considering<\/p>\n<p>an application for cancellation of mutation effected in favour of<\/p>\n<p>another person and that the petitioner&#8217;s remedy lies in challenging<\/p>\n<p>orders of mutation in favour of the other person, counsel seeks<\/p>\n<p>permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the<\/p>\n<p>right of the petitioner to challenge the orders of mutation in favour of<\/p>\n<p>the 8th respondent. Permission is granted and the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/- S.
