Respondents\nPrayer   This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent in file No.G17012\/2\/2003\/D3 dated 05.12.2005 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to comply with the order indicating the extending the period for the petitioner to conduct the courses under the banner of SISI at Thiruvarur, Karikal and Pattukottai till December 8 2008 as per the letter of the Respondent dated 05.01.2005 and 18.10.2005 in letter NO.555\/CATHM\/04-05\/LF AND 557\/CATHM\/03-04\/LF respectively.\n\tFor petitioner        : No appearance\n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor respondents    : Mr..R.Murali\n\t\t\tGovt. Advocate\n\t\t\t  \n\t\t\t                          \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen the matter came up for hearing on 03.3.2010,  none appeared for the petitioner and to give one more chance, the matter was listed today.  Even today, there is no representation  on behalf of the petitioner.  Hence this petition is dismissed for &#8216;non prosecution&#8217;.  Consequently, WP.M.P.No. 2642 of 2006 is also dismissed.
