The only ground that is<br \/>\npressed into service is that the applicant is in jail for about two<br \/>\nyears and that, though the final hearing of the appeal was ordered to<br \/>\nbe expedited, it has not been placed for final hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nabsence of any substantial change in circumstance, we are not<br \/>\ninclined to entertain this application.  We, however, direct the<br \/>\noffice to follow the directions given by earlier Bench by order dated<br \/>\n29th March, 2007 passed in Criminal Misc. Application<br \/>\nNo.1833 of 2007, wherein it is observed thus:\n<\/p>\n<p> Looking to the<br \/>\nreasonableness of request, it is directed that hearing of Criminal<br \/>\nAppeal No.316 of 2007 be expedited.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\noffice shall follow the above direction scrupulously no sooner the<br \/>\npaper books are ready.  The office shall also ensure earlier<br \/>\npreparation of paper books.  The application stands disposed of with<br \/>\nthe above direction.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t[<br \/>\n A.  L.
