It also transpires from the order passed by the<br \/>\ncoordinate bench dated 24.09.2010 that the matter is required to be<br \/>\nplaced before the regular Court. The present application is filed by<br \/>\nthe applicant, who is again not properly described or stated and the<br \/>\nlearned counsel, Mr.Ramakrishnan when it was inquired, has stated<br \/>\nthat it is Gitaben Patel though from the title itself, there are two<br \/>\nnames written and he is not able to state the name of his client.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthese circumstances, though it is a matter under Section 438 of the<br \/>\nCriminal<br \/>\nProcedure Code, further inquiry is directed to be made<br \/>\nby the Registrar (Judicial) with regard to the identity of the<br \/>\napplicant and till then, the matter shall not be placed before the<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nRegistrar (Judicial) shall submit report on or before 11th<br \/>\nOctober, 2010.
