The appellant required some information about the<br \/>\nfirm M\/s. Malik &amp; Company, of whom he was a partner. The appellant further, submits<br \/>\nthe copy of the challan through which deposited the tax on 07\/02\/1992 and the copy of the<br \/>\nreceipt which also indicated the DCR No. further, it was submitted during the proceeding<br \/>\nthat TIN no. was also allotted to the company after the implementation of DVAT Act, on<br \/>\n01\/04\/2005. after perusing the case I am of the opinion that the PIO may look into the<br \/>\nmatter once again in the light of the documents given by the appellant and provide the<br \/>\ninformation as admissible under RTI Act, and not specifically prohibited under DAVT<br \/>\nAct, 2004 within 15 days&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Rakesh Malik<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Suresh Bhandari Jt. Commissioner &amp; PIO<br \/>\nThe firm had been deregistered in 1992 and as per the record weeding schedule shown by<br \/>\nthe respondent.
