At that<br \/>\noccasion, fresh notice of rule has been issued to respondent and made<br \/>\nit returnable on 27th July, 2005. Thereafter, no fresh<br \/>\nvakalatnama is filed by learned advocate for H.L. Patel Advocates on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent and respondent has also not remained present<br \/>\nwhen the matter is called out.
