( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>            In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer<\/p>\n<p>order dated 1.7.2009 (Annexure P-10), whereby he has been transferred<\/p>\n<p>from Sonepat to Hansi.\n<\/p>\n<p>            I have heard counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The only ground raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>that at present, the petitioner is undergoing training at National Fire Service<\/p>\n<p>College, Nagpur, and it is very difficult for him to join at Hansi. As far as<\/p>\n<p>this contention is concerned, the petitioner may join at his new place of<\/p>\n<p>posting i.e. at Hansi, after completing his training.
