From<\/p>\n<p>                       possession       of     the     named       accused         persons<\/p>\n<p>                       articles were seized and specific allegation<\/p>\n<p>                       against the petitioner is that he was found<\/p>\n<p>                       in possession of four cartridges.<\/p>\n<pre>                                     Submission             is        that             during\n\n                       investigation,          the       antecedents              of     the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                       petitioner were investigated and it was found<\/p>\n<p>                       that    the    petitioner         has     got         no   criminal<\/p>\n<p>                       antecedent (para-7) of the petition.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                          Considering           the       facts         and<\/p>\n<p>            circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>            on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>            thousand)     with      two     sureties     of    the     like<\/p>\n<p>            amount      each   to     the     satisfaction        of    the<\/p>\n<p>            learned                Sub-Divisional                Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate\/court              concerned,          Bikramganj,<\/p>\n<p>            Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S.
