Respondents\n                       ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13\/09\/2011         Grievance    of   the   petitioner    is   that<\/p>\n<p>                  though he was appointed as Panchayat Teacher<\/p>\n<p>                  through letter dated 7.12.2006 and joined as<\/p>\n<p>                  such in the School, he has not been paid his<\/p>\n<p>                  salary so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Learned     counsel     for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  submits that the petitioner is continuing in<\/p>\n<p>                  the School till now. Petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>                  representations before different authorities<\/p>\n<p>                  but his grievances have not been redressed<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           as yet.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Petitioner        has    an    alternative       remedy<\/p>\n<p>           before the statutory Appellate Authority to<\/p>\n<p>           ventilate his grievances.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  In      the       circumstances,          this      writ<\/p>\n<p>           application is disposed of with liberty to<\/p>\n<p>           the petitioner to file an appeal\/complaint<\/p>\n<p>           before       the    concerned        Appellate      Authority<\/p>\n<p>           within four weeks from today. If he does so,<\/p>\n<p>           the Appellate Authority shall issue notice<\/p>\n<p>           to     the     concerned        parties      giving        them<\/p>\n<p>           opportunity to be heard, shall call for the<\/p>\n<p>           original      records     from       the   School    and   the<\/p>\n<p>           Panchayat with regard to actual functioning<\/p>\n<p>           of the petitioner and with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>           dues     of        his    salary       and    shall        pass<\/p>\n<p>           appropriate        orders      in    accordance     with    law<\/p>\n<p>           within two months from the date of filing of<\/p>\n<p>           appeal\/complaint by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<pre>Pradeep\/                            ( J.
