It is further directed that the trial Court will not<br \/>\nadjourn the matter on non-availability of advocate of the either<br \/>\nside. With the above observation, Appeal From Order stands disposed<br \/>\nof.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tIn<br \/>\nview of disposal of Appeal From Order, Civil Application would not<br \/>\nsurvive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
