DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is preferred by the applicant-convict through his wife<br \/>\nfor grant of temporary bail for a period of 20 days on the ground<br \/>\nthat wife of the applicant has to undergo hystrectomy and a<br \/>\ncertificate dated 17.2.2011 is issued by the qualified surgeon and is<br \/>\nannexed herewith.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe overall aspects and the medical report along with the certificate<br \/>\nfurnished in the application and submissions made by the wife who<br \/>\nappears in person, I am inclined to grant 10 days of temporary bail<br \/>\nto the accused from the date he is enlarged.  The applicant convict<br \/>\nshall furnish a bond of Rs.2,000\/- to the satisfaction of jail<br \/>\nauthority and shall surrender on completion of period of 10 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tApplication<br \/>\nis disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
