Dineshwar Prasad Singh,\n                                     Road No. 1,\n                                     Rajiv Nagar, Distt- Patna,\n                                     Bihar\n\nName of the Respondent           :   Public Information Officer\n                                     Doordarshan Kendra,\n                                     Mandi House\n                                     New Delhi\n\n\n                                           ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>          The Commission has received a petition from Mr. Amit Kumar, Patna, Bihar<br \/>\nstating that his RTI-application of 30 July 2010 filed with the Doordarshan Kendra, New<br \/>\nDelhi, has not been responded to within the time limit prescribed under the RTI-Act, 2005.<br \/>\nA copy of his complaint is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Commission has decided to treat this petition as a Complaint under Section 18<br \/>\nof the RTI-Act, 2005, and hereby directs the Public Information Officer, N Railway, New<br \/>\nDelhi to provide the information sought by the Complainant by 15.03.2011. Even if the<br \/>\ninformation has already been provided, another set of the same to be supplied to the<br \/>\nComplainant in response to this Order. The Complainant may also be allowed inspection<br \/>\nof relevant files and be provided with attested copies of documents including file noting, if<br \/>\nrequired, keeping in view the provisions of Section 8(1) and (9) of the RTI Act, free of cost.<br \/>\nThe Complainant may approach the Commission under Section 19(3) of the Act, if not<br \/>\nsatisfied with the information.
