It would appear<\/p>\n<p>that the Panchayat has constructed a new bus stand and<\/p>\n<p>consequently decided to close the existing one. In my view, this is<\/p>\n<p>not an issue which can be agitated in a proceedings under Article<\/p>\n<p>226 of the Constitution.
