We\u00a0heard\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0In\u00a0spite\u00a0of\u00a0notice,\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant \u00a0 was \u00a0 not \u00a0 present. \u00a0 We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 the \u00a0 Respondents \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 Lucknow\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0detailed\u00a0reply\/information\u00a0against\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0queries\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0regarding\u00a0his\u00a0loan\u00a0case.\u00a0When\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0complained\u00a0that\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>he\u00a0did\u00a0not\u00a0receive\u00a0any\u00a0reply\u00a0or\u00a0information,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0forwarded\u00a0him\u00a0once\u00a0more\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0same\u00a0reply\/information.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0enclosed\u00a0the\u00a0reply\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0read\u00a0out\u00a0the\u00a0contents\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0reply\u00a0sent\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000256<br \/>\n Appellant. \u00a0 We \u00a0 found \u00a0 the \u00a0 reply \u00a0 adequately \u00a0 covering \u00a0 all \u00a0 the \u00a0 queries.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless,\u00a0 in \u00a0 order \u00a0 to \u00a0 remove\u00a0 all \u00a0 possible \u00a0 doubts\u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 mind \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0regard,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0invite\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0branch\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>concerned\u00a0 on \u00a0 a \u00a0 mutually\u00a0 convenient\u00a0 date \u00a0 within \u00a0 15 \u00a0 working\u00a0 days\u00a0 from\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0and\u00a0to\u00a0show\u00a0him\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0records\u00a0relevant\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0queries,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>namely,\u00a0his\u00a0 own\u00a0 loan\u00a0case,\u00a0 the\u00a0correspondence\u00a0 between\u00a0 the\u00a0bank\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>KVIC \u00a0 about\u00a0 the \u00a0 margin\u00a0 money\u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 correspondence\u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 insurance\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>authorities.\u00a0After\u00a0inspection,\u00a0if\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0chooses\u00a0to\u00a0obtain\u00a0the\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>some\u00a0more\u00a0records,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0shall\u00a0provide\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0to\u00a0him.<\/p>\n<p>4.      The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
